In this clip, we sit down with Jeff Fleming, the director of the Des Moines Art Center in Iowa, to talk about quality over quantity when it comes to building a collection. Fleming also discusses the museum's focus on filling the holes in their collection by adding several works by women, LGBTQ+ artists, and artists of color to the collection.
