We are delighted to announce a major step forward for TBF Auction Database Users: free and unlimited search capabilities.
Starting this month, you can conduct as many searches as you need, whenever you need them. No more day passes, monthly subscriptions or annual bundles needed – simply log in with your email to start researching major artworks and find out who’s been bidding on what in auction salerooms around the world.
For 30 years, The Baer Faxt has been dedicated to providing first-hand documentation of major art auctions, capturing hammer prices, buyer identities, and underbidder details. Our goal has always been to share these crucial insights with our members through our newsletter and proprietary database. Now, we’re expanding our reach to empower even more art market participants, by providing the insider knowledge they need to succeed in today’s unpredictable market climate.
To that end, we’ve removed the paywall to access sales data on over 10,000 individual artworks in the The Baer Faxt Auction Database. In addition, we’ve partnered with Arthur Analytics (a fellow Collectors Circle Member!) to integrate TBF’s buyer and underbidder reports into their comprehensive art market research platform. In today’s increasingly data-driven market, these powerful tools are essential for making informed selling and buying decisions.
If you haven’t yet tried The Baer Faxt Auction Database, we encourage you to dive in here and experience the enhanced access. As always, feel free to reach out for any support, and we welcome your feedback on this exciting development.
